The customer service and professionalism of Talese Mechanical Repairs is hands down 5 STARS! not to mention BEST PRICE GUARANTEE🥳If i'm being honest, I don't know much about my car or what's under its hood and my anxiety outside of home is through the highest possible roof you can think of😂 I booked for 2 tyre replacements and a wheel alignment. The alignment could have been done but I was explained to that I would be charged for no reason as there were other damages that needed to be fixed further and the alignment would make no difference to my vehicle, the issue would just reoccur later on after leaving so it was pointless to pay for a service that would have to be repeated over and over until the other damages were repaired. The man at the front explained everything to me, broke it down in a manner that I would understand and DID NOT whatsoever make me feel belittled for not knowing most of what was being explained to me. So to that man and his team, I'm sorry that I forgot your name but THANK YOU and YOUR TEAM for helping me.
